Senior Rate

Junk Hubris LLC offers a Senior Rate for customers aged 65 and older. This rate is available upon request and requires no documentation — self-declaration of eligibility is accepted at time of booking.

Discretionary Rates

Additional promotional rates and discounts may be offered at the sole discretion of Junk Hubris LLC. These discretionary rates are not advertised, are not guaranteed, and may be applied or withheld at any time without notice. No customer is entitled to a discretionary rate, and the application of such a rate to one job does not create an obligation to apply it to future jobs.

Minimum Service Charge

All jobs are subject to a minimum service charge regardless of promotional or discretionary rate status. The minimum service charge represents the lowest amount billed for any job and is not waived by the application of a discount. If a discount applied to the total job price results in an amount below the minimum service charge, the minimum service charge will apply. The current minimum charge is $125 and is listed on our pricing page. This amount is subject to change without notice.

How Discounts Are Applied

Discounts are calculated against the total job price before the minimum service charge is considered. The discounted total is then compared to the minimum service charge, and the higher of the two amounts is what the customer owes.

Eligibility & Job Type Limitations

Promotional and discretionary rates apply to standard junk removal services only. The following job types are excluded from all promotional rates and discounts and are quoted and billed at standard or custom rates:

• Property cleanouts
• Estate cleanouts
• Hoarding and severe clutter situations
• Demolition and debris removal
• Commercial and multi-unit property services
• Any job requiring multiple trips, crew assistance, or specialized equipment

Junk Hubris LLC reserves the right to reclassify a job as excluded at any time prior to or during service if conditions are found to exceed the scope of standard junk removal.

General Terms

All rates and discounts are subject to change without notice. Promotional rates may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated at time of booking. Junk Hubris LLC reserves the right to verify eligibility for any advertised rate prior to application.

• All promotions are valid only within our Portland Metro service area (Multnomah, Clackamas, and Washington Counties).
• Promotions must be mentioned at the time of booking and cannot be applied retroactively.
• All offers are subject to availability and valid dates as specified.
• Promotions have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• Only one discount or promotion may be applied per service appointment.

What Discounts Apply To

• Discounts apply to the base service cost only (labor and standard hauling).
• Discounts do not apply to: dump fees for special materials, additional labor for difficult access (stairs, long carry distances), disposal fees for specific items (mattresses, appliances with refrigerants, electronics), or any third-party fees.
• Applicable taxes are calculated after discounts are applied.

Standard Policies

• All services are subject to our standard terms, including items we cannot accept. See our asbestos policy and Metro hazardous waste guidelines.
• Final pricing is confirmed on-site based on actual volume and materials.
• Payment is due upon completion of service.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit promotional pricing.

Referral Program Terms

• Referred customers must be new to Junk Hubris (no previous service).
• Referral credits are issued after the referred customer’s service is completed and paid.
• Referral credits expire 12 months from the date of issue.
• Minimum service amount of $100 required to apply referral credit.
• Self-referrals are not permitted.

Changes & Disputes

• Junk Hubris reserves the right to modify or terminate any promotion at any time without notice.
• Any attempt to abuse or fraudulently use promotions will result in disqualification.
