General Terms
- All promotions are valid only within our Portland Metro service area (Multnomah, Clackamas, and Washington Counties).
- Promotions must be mentioned at the time of booking and cannot be applied retroactively.
- All offers are subject to availability and valid dates as specified.
- Promotions have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
- Only one discount or promotion may be applied per service appointment.
What Discounts Apply To
- Discounts apply to the base service cost only (labor and standard hauling).
- Discounts do not apply to: dump fees for special materials, additional labor for difficult access (stairs, long carry distances), disposal fees for specific items (mattresses, appliances with refrigerants, electronics), or any third-party fees.
- Applicable taxes are calculated after discounts are applied.
Standard Policies
- All services are subject to our standard terms, including items we cannot accept. See our asbestos policy and Metro hazardous waste guidelines.
- Final pricing is confirmed on-site based on actual volume and materials.
- Payment is due upon completion of service.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit promotional pricing.
Referral Program Terms
- Referred customers must be new to Junk Hubris (no previous service).
- Referral credits are issued after the referred customer’s service is completed and paid.
- Referral credits expire 12 months from the date of issue.
- Minimum service amount of $100 required to apply referral credit.
- Self-referrals are not permitted.
Changes & Disputes
- Junk Hubris reserves the right to modify or terminate any promotion at any time without notice.
